I am not on the covid bought but you can find similar number of news in different states for many numbers because its covid is the main news everywhere these days. just google 243 new covid cases or change the number to anything and it will have many news.
there are lots of conspiracies from both sides to keep the population in anxiety. people are are either going too far to the loony side and not staying in the middle and what is really happening.
as for covid, any news in regards to cases or anything they come up with is meaning less if the studies are not accompanied with the ct threshold of the tests. its meaning less to compare different scenarios (cases in vaccinated vs unvaccinated, cases different states such as red state vs blue state etc) without the ct threhold. they never release the ct threshold of all the studies.
